When you have trouble connecting a device, I would propose the following:

  1. Enable the debuglogging of the ZendureIntegration

  2. Delete the entry of the Integration

Image
  1. Reboot your device
  2. Update to the latest Version
  3. Add the Entry with the Token from your ZendureApp, make sure you select the mqtt logging
  4. Select local mqtt, and enter all relevant fields
  5. Select connection mode cloud, if all works well you can change it back later

  1. Select FuseGroup: FuseGroup max. 800w, also you can change it later if you want. Set all other devices to unused.

  1. Make sure your hyper has the latest firmware (master: v2.1.30)

  2. Check if your hyper has a Bluetooth Mac address, if not make sure this is available. The Integration scans each 90 seconds for the mac address.

  1. Check your connection status, it should say connected. If not you can change the

  1. Wait at least 10 minutes for the connection to become connected. Each 5 minutes the Hyper is updated via Bluetooth

  2. If the connection is still not ok, send me the logfile of the complete process until this point

  3. Check if your p1 meter gives the correct reading (from the logfile this seemed ok)

  4. Select the ZendureManager operation "Manual Power" and enter for instance 300w in the Zendure Manager Manual Power. After say 10 second, set manual power to 400w

  5. If the hyper is not reacting, send me the logfile of the complete process until this point

  6. Select the ZendureManager operation "Smart Matching"

  7. If the hyper is not reacting, send me the logfile of the complete process until this point

Hope that in this way we can identify the problem!
