This is an experimental feature since it is very much under development at Easee at the time of writing.

To enable local OCPP there is a service called easee.set_charger_ocpp. This takes an enable argument and an URL argument. The URL needs to point to a locally set up OCPP server (i.e. it must be on the same local network as the charger). If you use the HA OCPP integration (https://github.com/lbbrhzn/ocpp) the URL would typically be ws://ip of HA server:9000 Note that at the time of writing, the automatic detection of measurands does not work and therefore the OCPP server needs to be manually configured with the measurands currently supported: Energy.Active.Import.Register, Power.Active.Import, and Current.Import.

Note that if a charger is configured to use local OCPP it will no longer start automatically but will rely on the OCPP server to always control it.
